Located inside the Passetto lift, the “Lift” restaurant offers a real journey through the flavours, aromas and colours of the sea. The cuisine is a true marriage between imagination and authenticity, which combines traditional regional and Mediterranean dishes with reimagined, original dishes.

“L’Ascensore” offers a unique panorama, in one of the most suggestive places in Ancona. Overlooking the Passetto beach, one of the most beautiful metropolitan beaches in Italy, it is the perfect location to savour our authentic cuisine, with unique recipes. It is food with a well-defined personality, which adds flair and authenticity to a selection of the best local raw materials.

A magical and highly evocative place: the décor reflects the colours of the sea, with large artisanal fishing traps that have been turned into authentic chandeliers. The colonial atmosphere is accompanied by sober but elegant furnishings, an open kitchen and large windows offering breath-taking views. The project has generated something fascinating and exclusive, which manages to combine Ancona’s seafaring tradition with the rationalist style of the 50s. On the walls, impressive photos represent the extraordinary sunrises at the Passetto and transport us to the coloured doors of the caves.
